The following clearances/certifications are required for school district employment:

- Current Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Certification

- Current Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check

- Current Federal Criminal History Record (Fingerprinting)

- PDE-6004 Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form (Acts 24 and 82)

- Act 126 Recognizing Child Abuse and Mandated Reporting Certificate of Completion

- Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) – (Employment History Review to be Completed by employing agency.)

- Verification of a Tuberculosis Test – Must be less than three months old.
