You can find the new excuses submission form on your respective school district site.  If you navigate to the Purchase Line High school's website, you can find the "High School Excuses" tab under the Resources tab in the site banner. You'll have to fill out your name, your email address, subject, and message fields before you can submit to the excuses mailbox. Please enter your student's full name and reason for excuse.
